Job description
As Manager, Salesforce Engineering, you will lead a high-performing team of developers and admins to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive platform excellence, team growth, and business impact.
Lead a team of Salesforce engineers and admins, conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, establish and enforce development standards, and drive innovation through evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce features.
You will need 5+ years of technical leadership and people management experience, 7–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, and proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce security models.
