Job Description
The Salesforce Engineering Manager will lead the development execution across dual-org environment, supporting mission-critical operations for Consumer Services and National and Field Sales teams. The role involves managing high-volume development cycles, delivering Salesforce solutions, and maintaining a high-velocity delivery pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- 2+ years in a dedicated people management or team lead role
- Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
