GCBHS has immediate openings for Case Managers/ Youth Transition Facilitators to provide Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) services to severely and persistently mentally ill youth and young adults. Requirements
- Masters degree in mental health, vocational training, education, social work, counseling
- BSW (Bachelor of Social Work), Bachelor in psychology, criminal justice, or a related human services field plus two years of specialized education, training, or experience in one of the specified fields of study
- Experience in social services and behavioral health preferred but not required
