Job Description
GCBHS has immediate openings for Case Managers/ Youth Transition Facilitators to provide Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) services to severely and persistently mentally ill youth and young adults. Join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions to lead healthy and productive lives.
Requirements
- Masters degree in mental health, vocational training, education, social work, counseling
- BSW (Bachelor of Social Work), Bachelor in psychology, criminal justice, or a related human services field plus two years of specialized education, training, or experience in one of the specified fields of study
- Experience in social services and behavioral health preferred but not required
