Head of Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our efforts in expanding our business, with a special focus on nonprofit and small business clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a business development leadership role, preferably in the HR consulting industry or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads, winning new business, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and experience in developing strategic partnerships in this area.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a preference for taking action and initiative
