Job Description
The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is looking for a Group Supervisor - Teen Leadership to plan curriculum, implement daily activities, and oversee youth safety. Requirements include an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field and two years of experience with children.
Requirements
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services
- Two years of experience with children
- Exhibit strong leadership skills
- Possess a passion for member service, building and maintaining a culture of member service excellence
