Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our plant operations, driving a culture of extreme ownership, zero injuries, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business administration or engineering or equivalent.
• Seven to ten years of experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent root cause/corrective action and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
