Hinterland Assistant Brewer

Hinterland Brewery is seeking a motivated individual to support production at their brewery. The position requires a dedicated employee with a passion for craft beer and a desire to continue learning. Responsibilities include operating brewery equipment, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety procedures. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including 40-hour weeks.

Requirements

• 2 year minimum brewery work experience and/or certification from an accredited institution (IBD, UC Davis, etc.)
• College degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science) preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work some nights and weekends
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Willing to work in consistently loud environments
