Job Description
The Maintenance Technician assists in general operational maintenance and repair of the community's physical location, communicating with staff and residents to accomplish repairs. Hours are Thursday - Monday 7:30am - 3:00pm. Responsibilities include performing maintenance work, inspecting the building and grounds, and maintaining the general appearance of the building.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior work experience in maintenance of 3 years minimum
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Effective communication skills
