Resident Experience Assistant (Flexible Hours and Some Weekends)

The Resident Experience Assistant is responsible for providing daily diversified programs of individual and group activities to enable each resident to engage in programs focused on 6 dimensions of wellness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a variety of personalities
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests
• Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously
