The Resident Experience Assistant is responsible for assisting in providing daily programs of individual and group activities to enable residents to engage in wellness-focused programs, creating a fun and lively environment within the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to remain discreet and respect resident privacy
- Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
