Agronomist

As an agronomist, you will support the adoption of regenerative, sustainable agricultural practices that improve soil health, increase yields, and contribute to ecosystem restoration.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural extension and rural development, or a related discipline
• Field experience working with smallholder or rural farmers, ideally in developing or semi-rural contexts
• Practical understanding of soil restoration, agroecological methods, and sustainable agriculture
• Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and self-reliant, comfortable working in rural and field-based environments
