Job Description
Veradermics is seeking a Quality Assurance Training Manager to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training program that supports both GxP-regulated and non-GxP functions across the organization. The role ensures employees are qualified, compliant, and equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles in accordance with FDA, EMA, ICH, and internal Quality System requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device training or Quality Systems
- Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, FDA 21 CFR Parts 210/211/820, ICH guidelines, and data integrity principles
- Experience managing or administering an electronic LMS in a regulated environment, experience with electronic QMS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop training content and deliver effective training sessions
