Job Description
The Help Desk Technician will provide first-level support for service requests for multiple locations of Green Plains Inc. and subsidiary companies, handling technology-related issues and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- CompTIA A+, Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
