Job Description
Lead a team to plan and execute real estate acquisition, development, design, construction, and use strategy. Drive all real estate acquisition and development initiatives organization-wide optimizing property use, productivity, and return on investment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience negotiating complex agreements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Robust interpersonal skills and highly effective communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Strong financial analysis skills with ability to analyze and understand complex financial models and structures and identify and evaluate corresponding opportunities and risks
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to attend meetings offsite (raw land, construction sites) prioritizing safety compliance
- Must have basic knowledge of Architectural, Civil, and Engineering plan sets
