Job Description
The SOX Compliance Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program and the organizationâs internal control over financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience combined in internal audit, external audit, and/or accounting.
- Professional certification: CPA required; CIA, CFE, and/or CISA strongly preferred.
