Job Description
The Sr. SOX Compliance Professional will support the administration of the Company's Global SOX program, focusing on design, implementation, and execution testing of business operations controls. The role will require an in-depth understanding of the Company's business operations and SOX compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Information Systems related fields or equivalent discipline from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3-5 years Financial experience or equivalent work exposure
- Detailed understanding of US General Accounting and Auditing Principles (GAAP)
- Strong project management discipline, research skills, and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Communicates effectively in both private and public forums, articulating thoughts and ideas in a fluent and organized manner
- Relates well to people, is approachable, and builds effective relationships using diplomacy and tact
