Job Description
Primary Care Physicians provide daily care to patient panels capped at approximately 500 patients, with a focus on work-life balance and delivering a concierge-like experience for patients. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in a primary care setting, preferably managed care, or recent residency graduate.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in a primary care setting
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
- Board certification or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Innovative and open to outside-the-box clinical management approaches
- Strong ability to build trusting relationships
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Intellectually curious with a sense of integrity and humility
