Job Description
Production Supervisor-3rd Shift job opportunity at Greene, Tweed in Selma, TX. Job duties include planning and managing department operations, training workforce, and maintaining safety policies. Preference given to candidates with a BS degree and Lean/Six Sigma certification.
Requirements
- Plan and manage daily operation of assigned department(s)
- Provide necessary training and reinforcement to workforce
- Administer Company rules, regulations & safety policies
- Provide direction and leadership to workforce
- Actively analyze department performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Guide workforce in compliance to Standard Work
