Job Description
We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our HR processes, contribute to payroll administration, and improve HR operations in our growing company in the EV and sustainability sector.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar HR role
- Experience working in HR in the Netherlands
- Comfortable working with HR and payroll systems
- Experience with NMBRS, HiBob, and/or Deel is a strong plus
- Fluent in English
- Dutch language skills are a plus
