We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands and Belgium. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing HR processes, ensuring administrative and legal correctness, and providing advice to employees. You will work in a sports-oriented and healthy environment with passionate and ambitious colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and Belgian legislation, including labor law and fiscal aspect
- Good mastery of Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Accuracy, overview, and organizational talent
- Proactive and solution-oriented work attitude
- Administrative strong and accurate
- Analytical strong
