Job Description
PerkinElmer is looking for a high potential HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle for approximately 90 employees across Belgium and the Netherlands. The role will provide operational HR support, ensure compliance with local employment legislation, and maintain consistent HR processes across the region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting Belgium and the Netherlands
- Experience handling Dutch Work Councils processes
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and Belgian employment legislation and HR practices
- Proven experience managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday or equivalent)
- Fluent English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills
