HR Generalist Netherlands (Fixed Term Contract)

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Generalist Netherlands to join their Human Resources team, managing day-to-day HR operations and administration for the Netherlands and Belgium, providing expert coaching to people leaders, and ensuring full legal compliance with local employment laws.

Requirements

• Substantial and progressive experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and stakeholder management
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and absolute fluency in both written and verbal English and Dutch
