GreenFlux is seeking a proactive and hands-on Recruitment Intern to support the recruitment process from start to finish. The intern will work closely with the Recruiter and HR team to coordinate vacancies and provide a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Available for a 6-month internship
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- A strong communicator who enjoys interacting with candidates and colleagues
- Well-organized, with good attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Dutch is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and online systems
