We are seeking a Recruiting Intern to support our Dutch recruiting operations in Amsterdam. The internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, exposure to candidate engagement, and close collaboration with consultants and recruiting professionals.
Requirements
- Master degree completed or in progress
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting industry recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- AI curiosity and learning mindset — explores AI tools and practical applications to improve day-to-day work.
