Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of talented engineers. You'll drive technical strategy, champion best practices, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience leading engineering teams (ideally 5+ individuals)
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles and distributed system architecture
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern programming languages/frameworks (JS, TS, Ruby, C#, Python, React)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional collaboration with Product and Design
- Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC fundamentals
