Construction Laborer-Driver

This is a General Labor position with multiple job duties essential to daily operations in the erosion control division for Greenrise Technologies. The Crew Member-Driver is responsible for completing the physical installation of silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and other erosion control services on both residential and commercial sites, along with driving a work truck to and from the worksite.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record
• Ability to listen well and follow directions
• Strong problem solving and communication skills working as part of a team
• A commitment to customer service and ability to represent oneself in a professional manner
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic ability to read and write legibly
• High character, honesty and integrity essential
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal direct supervision at times
• Ability to consistently utilize good judgement and make sound decisions
• Ability to take initiative and proactively seek continued performance improvement
• Experience working with tools and equipment specific to erosion control installations (preferred)
• Experience pulling a trailer (preferred)
