Job Description
This is a General Labor position with multiple job duties essential to daily operations in the erosion control division for Greenrise Technologies. The Crew Member-Driver is responsible for completing the physical installation of silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and other erosion control services on both residential and commercial sites, along with driving a work truck to and from the worksite.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record
- Ability to listen well and follow directions
- Strong problem solving and communication skills working as part of a team
- Commitment to customer service and ability to represent oneself in a professional manner
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic ability to read and write legibly
- High character, honesty and integrity essential
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision at times
- Ability to consistently utilize good judgement and make sound decisions
- Ability to take initiative and proactively seek continued performance improvement
