Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects and corporate training, with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, and a Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering. The role is deadline-driven, with daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables, and requires strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- 3 years of experience reviewing and amending contracts to favorable terms
- Proven successful ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven successful ability to meet daily project deadlines
- Highly organized and able to effectively see projects through to completion
- Strong communication skills, including good presentation skills
- Experience in MS Project, and Procore PM Software preferred
