GreenSlate is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service to VIP clients, support new client onboarding, and lead payroll and crew member webinars. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, the environment, and providing superior customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher; or 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience
- Passion for technology, the environment, and going green!
- Ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
- Desire to find the solution, not just finish the task
- Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service
- Excitement to learn the ins and outs of GreenSlate software platforms
- Knowledge of production accounting basics is a plus!
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Focused and detail-oriented
