Assistant General Manager

The Role: Green Thumb is looking for an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee dispensary operations, motivate team members, oversee quality product inventory, and maintain cash management. Experience: Coach and motivate team members to deliver memorable customer experiences. Qualifications: At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, cannabis experience preferred. Skills: Proactive, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.

• Manage and oversee the execution of all dispensary operations
• Motivate team members to execute programs and initiatives
• Oversee and manage quality product inventory and financial records
• Maintain appropriate cash management and handling protocols
• Manage effective order and expense management processes
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver memorable customer experiences
• Lead by example and set the rhythm for effective LOD shifts
• Execute a seamless omni-channel customer experience
• Serve as a liaison to the local community and support community outreach events
• Build and retain a high-performing team through selecting the best talent and effective onboarding, training, and development
• Support a culture of engagement and performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition
• Motivate dispensary team to exceed revenue targets and key metrics
