Assistant General Manager

Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its RISE Dispensary in Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will assist the General Manager in leading and managing activities related to customer experience, inventory operations, and team member development.

Requirements

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs
• Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
• Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.
