Assistant General Manager

Green Thumb is looking for an Assistant General Manager to support and manage a diverse team in driving results and delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences at their RISE Dispensary. The role will assist the General Manager in leading and managing activities related to customer experience, inventory operations, and team member development.

Requirements

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements
• Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass any and all required background checks
• Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
