Job Description
RISE Dispensaries is looking for a Dispensary Leadership Opportunity to lead all aspects of dispensary operations, including team development, customer experience, inventory, compliance, and financial performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail management experience (POS operations required)
- Strong background in inventory control and operational execution
- Proven ability to drive results through people leadership
- Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- 21+ and able to meet all state compliance requirements
