The Talent and Organizational Development Program Manager provides strategy and expertise in instructional design, onboarding, manufacturing operations, and program management. The role involves partnering with HR partners and business leaders to develop and deploy tools, programs, and content to enable our teams' performance and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum of 5 full-time years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and/or Talent Management in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with creating standardized onboarding programs
- Solid project management skills
- Experience leading organizational change through strong influencing and change management skills in establishing trust, credibility, and building collaboration at all levels of the organization
- Experience conducting needs analyses, creating behaviorally anchored rating scales, and crafting competency models
- Experience using Articulate 360 Storyline, Captivate, iSpring Suite, and other authoring tools
- Experience editing videos using Camtasia, ClipChamp, or other similar software
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to visit sites
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
