Landscape Crew Leader

At Green View, we’re a trusted partner for outdoor excellence across Central Illinois. As a Landscape Crew Leader, you’ll lead high-impact landscape installations and handle everything from grading and excavation to patios, walls, and plantings, keeping safety, efficiency, and quality at the forefront.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of landscape installation experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to teach others while staying hands-on
• Class C license or willingness to obtain one (CDL a plus)
• Ability to operate heavy equipment like skid steers, dingo, excavators, paver vacuums, and saws
• Excellent communication skills for working with teammates, consultants, and clients
• Strong organizational habits to manage tools, paperwork, materials, and schedules
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather and lifting up to 80 lbs regularly
