We are seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to lead the charge on high-impact landscape installations, working closely with your team to bring residential and commercial projects to life.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of landscape installation experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to teach others while staying hands-on
• A Class C license or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Excellent communication skills for working with teammates, consultants, and clients
• Strong organizational habits
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather and lifting up to 80 lbs regularly
