Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and commercial success of our distributed energy initiatives. The role is responsible for delivering revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client engagement. The successful candidate will shape our go-to-market strategy and lead the development of solar PV solutions for commercial clients.

Requirements

• A degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
• Additional qualifications in business, sales, or project management are desirable
• 7–10 years’ experience in technical sales or business development, ideally within renewable energy or engineering services
• Proven experience within the construction or engineering sector is essential
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland as required
• Full right to work in UK
• Flexibility to attend industry events and client engagements outside standard business hours where required
