Customer Service Supervisor

GreenWaste is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their team, providing support to one or more facilities and ensuring prompt resolution and clear follow-up for customer issues. The role involves leading a team of customer service representatives and dispatchers, developing training programs, and implementing protocols to meet performance goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in customer service and/or dispatch environment
• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or dispatch role
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals and driving team success
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans
• Experience with Tower system preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
