Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Team Leader to lead our facility and his/her career to the next level.
Requirements
- Licensure for a LPHA, LCPC or LCSW or LMFT, or PhD Psych or Social Work
- 2 years management experience
- 1 year of experience with serious mental illness in a residential setting
- Demonstrated management skills of a large long term care facility (psych preferred)
- Knowledge of various regulatory bodies
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
