Job Description
Greiner Packaging is a leading manufacturer of plastic packaging for the food and non-food industry, looking for a Shift Leader to lead a team of operators and mechanics, monitor automated production, and handle modern automated environments.
Requirements
- Experience in production, ideally in a similar role (shift leader, team leader or senior operator)
- Ability to lead a team and organize shifts
- Experience with automated production is an advantage
- Technical knowledge and ability to understand the operation of machinery and equipment
- Responsibility, stress resilience and a fair approach to people
