We are hiring a Shift Leader at Dunapack Rodina AD in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for achieving high productivity without compromising on quality, organizing production activities, and controlling deadlines.

Requirements

• Proved experience in a similar position
• Higher education in the field of engineering or economics
• Technical education related to the use of machines and equipment
• Excellent English language skills
• MS Office, MS Teams, and ERP experience
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive person
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work together and build a team
