Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Leader for our coating department at our site in Gent. The Shift Leader is responsible for daily management of operators, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and according to quality standards.
Requirements
- A2 diploma or A2 level
- Experience as a shift leader or team leader in a production environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate clearly, humanely, and efficiently
- Organized and able to maintain overview, even in case of sudden changes
- Knowledge of MS Office and preferably an ERP system
