Job Description
Gresham Smith is seeking a Project Manager/Architect to join their Healthcare Studio, responsible for leading complex design projects and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional human experiences in healthcare settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Licensed Architect required
- 10+ years of experience managing large, complex design projects
- Strong understanding of all project phases, from planning through construction
- Demonstrated proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Teams, and Deltek VantagePoint
