Director, Business Systems

The Director of Software Platforms & Business Systems provides strategic leadership in the planning, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise software platforms and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred from an accredited college or university preferred in Information Business Systems, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in property management systems (Yardi required) and enterprise software platforms.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
