Director, Business Systems

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Business Systems to lead the design, development, and evolution of our enterprise business systems landscape. This leader will own business applications, enterprise architecture, systems integrations, and custom application development that power complex revenue, finance and operations workflows across the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise systems, architecture, and integration leadership roles.
• 5+ years managing high-performing technical and business systems teams.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom application development environments.
• Experience leading business applications or enterprise systems teams.
• Strong understanding of API design, data architecture, event-driven systems, and integration best practices.
• Experience supporting complex financial and operational workflows.
• Proven success managing offshore engineering teams and third-party vendors.
• Experience overseeing enterprise system administrators.
