The Manager of Talent Management works to advance the talent management strategy and philosophies to identify, develop, and grow talent to build bench strength and an internal talent pipeline supporting business innovation, evolution, and growth.
Requirements
- Builds strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues across Greystar to advance talent and succession practices.
- Conducts analyses on talent assessment and succession results; interpret results to uncover skill levels, competency proficiency and gaps, talent risk, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous development solutions to drive business results and grow the business.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues to design, develop and deliver a variety of career and professional development programs including, but not limited to coaching programs, competency skill development, leadership development, and individual career development.
- Influences decision-makers across all levels to maximize organizational effectiveness.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends, concepts, technology, and techniques for delivering highly effective talent management and succession efforts.
- Partners with business leaders to provide coaching and support in implementing Greystar's core leadership principles, talent and succession practices, tools, and processes to support the continued development and growth of their teams.
