The Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including managing the team, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The Property Manager ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.
