
Job description
The Property Manager will lead sales, customer service, and maintenance teams, ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of the building, guaranteeing resident satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and leading commercial strategies.
Prepare and supervise financial reporting, lead team members, prepare and manage property budgets, plan community activities, review market data, and analyze customer satisfaction indices.
This role requires strong analytical capacity, data management skills, and knowledge of accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles leading teams and be able to adapt to change, generate cost savings, and demonstrate high leadership capacity.
