Property Manager

The Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including managing the team, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and collecting rent and fees
• Approves invoices from vendors and contractors
• Controls expenditures and manages the balance and maintenance of the petty cash fund
• Oversees the lease enforcement process
• Gathers and analyzes current market and economic trends
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
• Conducts regular property inspections
• Supervises property staff
