Job Description
This Manager-Front of House position will oversee all Front Office operations to ensure a positive guest experience. The role includes team leadership, maintaining sanitary practices, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing training. It also requires excellent communication and hygiene skills.
Requirements
- At least two years of high-volume restaurant supervision experience
- Work 50-55 hours per week
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to work days/nights/weekends/holidays as required
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Food Handler Certification required
